Ingredient pieces too large |
Cut ingredients to about the size of a US quarter, about 3cm/1” across. Press “Pulse” button 3–5 times, then switch to speed “1”. |

Use ice cubes with holes in them purchased from a convenience store; freeze them for 10 minutes before use |
